In 1979, Therm-O-Link, Inc started manufacturing wire for the automotive industry and over years has grown into a major supplier of insulated copper wire for various global markets. We attribute our success to a great team of experienced employees whose goal is to supply customers with a quality product, on time and at a competitive price.

All of our plants are proudly located within the United States in Garrettsville and Warren, Ohio and El Paso, Texas, where we take 5/16th inch copper rod and draw it down to stranding that is bunched to form a conductor that can be jacketed with XLPE, PVC, Silicone or CPE ranging from 80°C to 200°C. We tin coat our bare copper at our location in Warren, Ohio and have the capability to provide tin overcoat and tin top coated stranding out of our Garrettsville, Ohio plant.
